I have purchase a product on https://shopethnos.com/ via COD method and on product description it was clearly mentioned that their is 2 Day easy return policy, now when i am trying to return they are saying they will not return my money and give store credit only, that was not visible on the product description .
Return means if you are not happy with product your money should be refunded to original mode of payment ( Standard Policy in all online business) . They are forcing us to buy from their site with this credit store policy. which is not clearly visible. Was this information helpful? |
