And now there is no mobile number on this website on which i can call . All they have is an email address on which i emailed multiple times but they did not receive email. Scam, fraud, I got cheated...

I purchased a kanjivaram saree which is synthetic and then tried to exchange it and asked for the refund of the balance amount. The product is bad and they refused to return, in fact asked to purchase more from them and waste more money. The forceful purchase that I did is also a bad product! The product image is no way close to the product shipped in terms of quality!...

I had made a purchase from website shopethnos.com and bought 2suits on 15th November, worth 14K. The quality of these items were so cheap and even the buggers wont keep it. I ordered the return of these items and the site dint have courtesy to inform anything what is the mode of return. I dint get any money returned even after 3 months of returning the items.

NO one is ready to speak on call and they just give store credits....

I bought an expensive kanjivaram saree from their website with cod. I received a synthetic saree, not even worth Rs. 1000. Now they won't return my money back. All they give is store credit means it's force selling. After this disaster product, I don't even want to shop from this site anymore.

They give bad quality product first and then do not refund money. Description does not matches product.

They bring in a new concept called pre-order & not accepting the return

Have ordered a product from the company website and on product page it was clearly written 2 day no ask return policy with 3-5 days credit return. when now we are trying to return the company is saying they have only store credit facility for the small piece of cloth they delivered, that is not even close to the image shown on the website. They are forcing us to buy from their website, as they are not refunding the amount to us back. This is clearly fraud .

I have purchase a product on https://shopethnos.com/ via COD method and on product description it was clearly mentioned that their is 2 Day easy return policy, now when i am trying to return they are saying they will not return my money and give store credit only, that was not visible on the product description .

Return means if you are not happy with product your money should be refunded to original mode of payment ( Standard Policy in all online business) . They are forcing us to buy from their site with this credit store policy. which is not clearly visible.

They charged me ₹3000 extra for stitching and delivered an incorrect and improper fit of the product. After that their customer care doesn't even respond properly and one of the executives even went ahead and blocked our numbers on asking for a update.

I placed an order for a saree from shopethnos.com on 7th may 2021 with order no 4913 and paid the amount of Rs.3500, but still the order is not delivered and my amount is refunded and the customer care of that website is not responding.please resolve the issue.thank you.
