Etihad Airlines — complete harassment since the start

Hello,
Me and my family were supposed to travel from etihad from switzerland to india. I had with me my newborn baby as well.
The staff in zurich messed up all our luggage while booking and didn’t provide the seatings as well. I was denied a boarding card from abu dhabi to india for no reason and no explanation provided. We were separated as a family while doing immigration due to their staff insisting on it and ultimately missed our flight.
The whole family was left unattended and told to just go away and promised that someone would meet us to explain the next steps.
Threatening behaviour and statements were made that they would cancel our tickets and from the start they behaved rudely.
Lastly, no one from etihad met us and we were left at the mercy of calling the call centres and eventually told that we had a no show and we have to pay a huge fine and no other dates were also available. Several requests were made to speak to someone in charge in etihad to explain the situation but no one paid any attention nor cared about us.
We have travelled from business class earlier with them and i am ashamed that this airline is allowed to even operate considering the type of service and behaviour they have.
I am still requesting for senior management to get in touch with me but my complaints are being blocked at every level.
