I have booked return flight for my mother in law Shobarani Goliyala in Etihad .

Hello,
Me and my family were supposed to travel from etihad from switzerland to india. I had with me my newborn baby as well.
The staff in zurich messed up all our luggage while booking and didn’t provide the seatings as well. I was denied a boarding card from abu dhabi to india for no reason and no explanation provided. We were separated as a family while doing immigration due to their staff insisting on it and ultimately...

flight delay and no refund

My son was heading back to delhi from edinburgh via abu dhabi on 26th september 2017, however he could not board as there was a technical snag in the aircraft. All passenger were then taken to manchester by bus.
Due to all this confusion he reached back to delhi, almost 14 hours late, as per airline policy we should be given full return, infact all passengers were informed of the same.
We have written a mail to [protected]@etihad. Ae, but there is no reply.
His ticket details are below :

Looking forward to an early action and refund.

Baggage lost for 6+ days, no response from local team

Dear sir,
Good day.
I am a customer of etihad airlines and had flown from bahrain (bah) to kolkata (ccu), india on 30th june 2016 by etihad.
I arrived at my final destination on 30th june night and since then etihad is unable to return me my luggage (1 bag only).
It has been 6 days now that i am surviving without clothes and regular utensils. i had to buy everything new and still am getting no reply from etihad.
Etihad ground staff told me 36 hours back that the bag is located and shall be sent for delivery, but till now there has been no delivery.
When i am trying to call them for the past 2 days, there is no answer. earlier the ground crew committed that they will deliver the bag by yesterday evening, latest, but till date no news from their side, neither is there any response to their helpline that they had provided.
I would like to draw your kind attention towards such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. at least they should be able to give me a proper commitment which they would honour. such harassment of customers reflects very badly on the "national airlines of abu dhabi/uae" and creates a very bad impression of the uae business culture as a whole. i, being a business consultant, travel very frequently and have never faced such harassment by any airlines in the world.
I sincerely request your kind attention to this matter please, so that the needful can be done immediately and the guilty punished for their lack of professionalism. i am attaching a copy of the web tracking of my baggage for your reference.
I would expect etihad to deliver me my baggage immediately please.

Missing items from checked luggage

I traveled from toronto, canada to thiruvananthapuram airport on 19-april via abu dhabi flight with etihad airways (Ey 248) and would like to bring to your kind attention the fact about missing items in my checked in luggage. I am sure the below items were stolen from my luggage at the airport.
The following.
A) one black samsung galaxy ace s4 android phone with white case.
B) one white blackberry 9900 phone.
I reported this incident to the airline within 7 days of travel and the airline was not ready to register complaint and redirected me to airport officials. I reached out to airport director trivandrum and received response that airline has not received complaint with in 7 days and unable to do a investigation.
I gave proper explanation that the issue was raised with 7 days, now i get response that airline is not responsible for the loss. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Checked in Baggage Items Stolen!
Every year I experience issues with baggage (either missing or damaged) but this year Etihad went a step ahead and I have several expensive items missing from my Checked in Baggage. I've submitted complaint but from my past experience I know that they'll hardly do anything. I'm a gold member but my return flight will be the last time I'm flying with Etihad. I'm heart broken because those were special gifts for my brothers, school teacher and little nephews and something I had promised them to bring. I'm absolutely speechless and shattered!

Wheel Chair Not provided

My family Have travelled on last Sunday 27/06/2015 from CapeTown To chennai and their Booking Code: FTQNFO. I have requested for Wheel Chair for throughout the Journey. But my family have received the wheel chair till Johannesburg by SA Airlines. Etihad Refused provided the wheel chair in Abu Dhabi, My wife Gayathri Bai Requeted the wheel chair to Air Hostesses but they have refused to provide the wheel chair, She had the printout of the confirmation mail which you Etihad Airlines sent to me. Then What the ________ you have provided the wheel chair confirmation to me. In Last one year me and my family member have travelled 5 times with etihad. Go forward I'm not opt for etihad airlines. my Family member have struggled a lot to catch the another flight in Abu Dhabi EY8704 on 28/06/2015. Your Services is Very Very bad and poor when compared with emirates. Etihad Air hostesses have very bad attitude in treating the Customers especially my Wife (GAYATHRI BAI) After Showing the printout of wheel chair mail confirmation they have not provided the wheel chair to my family. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICES. You are ________ Servicing the customers.

Hi,this is srinivasan raju,we traveled yesterday from U.S to abhudhabi and from abhudabi to chennai.we reached today.unfortunately we missed our baggage and i hae an manditary documents in that,so we are wondering to get that back soon by today.the suitcase colour is light ivory and i have clothes,documents,and body washes.right now i started travelling from my place to chennai to pickup the baggage,soplease consider this letter and hope we will get it soon.

Etihad — baggage lost
Sir,I am working in Dubai (Abudhabi) as Saftety Engineer in Kentech International Ltd. I came on vacation to my native place Sultan Battery kerala. I reached Calicut International Airport on 7th December 2008. I came on Ethihad Airways EY 250.
During my travel I lost my baggage, which contains my orginal certificates which is vital for my employment. The baggage contains DEMAND DRAFT WORTH ONE LAKH RUPEES WHICH I HAVE TAKEN FROM AL FARDHAN EXCHANGE UAE. Now I am spending vacation in search of these things wasting my valuable time. I have enquired about these things several times with the airport authority and Airlines. This is causing too much inconvenience. If the baggage is not found, I will move to further proceedings such as filing case against Ethihad Airways for mishandling my valuable documents. Please take immediate action.

I had my business meeting the next day. After standing long hours in the queue, I was asked to onboard to next flight. Totally disgusting. This is the first time I have seen airlines accepting the booking even if the flight is full.
