flight from LHR- Hyderabad via Abudabi has been cancelled reference no: YZWBWY and ticket no:[protected]. It's been 2 years after chasing 20 plus times and hours of call and sending all bank details too, amount hasn't been refunded. Always get a response, refund under processing.
