Ref: my trip fri, may 18, 2018 abu dhabi (Auh) to los angeles (Lax)-confirmed, operated by etihad airways class of service: economy
Name: shah, indulalmr-eticket number:[protected], seat 029a confirmed with special service wheel chair.
I have travelled from abu dhabi (Auh) to los angeles on fri may 18 2018 with above reference ticket number. I am the senior citizen 69 years old having some walking trouble. On my request special service of wheel chair was provided.
Unfortunately, at the time of arrival at los angels, the wheel chair service was not provided. I have requested to concerned officer (Name not known) for wheel chair, instead of providing wheel chair he has compel to walk me with my 7kg hand bag up to baggage area. Also he has collected the half portion of my boarding pass. On asking why the wheel chair service was not providing?, he only give me cunning smile & say good bye.
I feel very bad. Please investigate the matter and please make the appropriate action to make system correct for you goodwill.
Please give me assurance that wheel chair service is to be provided at the time of my return trip start on thu, jul-fri 05, 2018-departure from los angeles (Lax) to ahmedabad (Ahd) via london (Lhr), dehli (Del) with the e-ticket number[protected].
I request that this must not be happened with any person again.
