I have travelled from abu dhabi (Auh) to los angeles on fri may 18 2018 with above reference ticket number. I am the senior citizen 69 years old having some walking trouble....

Dear sir, I am Jayakrishnan R working in jyoti structrues ltd Kenya.last 2 nd i came via mumbai, (Nairobi to Abudhabi( Etihad airways ), Abudhbi to Mumbai (jet air), Mumbai to Thiruvanathapuram (jet air))i was reached mumbai airport my two bag was missing, at the time i complaint jet air office and costumse office, last day one lady call me "i am from etihad airways ..your bag came tvm international airport, also Etihad will be pay you...
