[Resolved]  Etihad Airways — Missing luggage since 27th July

Hi, I travelled from Mumbai to Sao Paulo via Abu Dhabi by flight# EY205, Brazil on 27th July by Etihad Airways my 1 luggage was missing. I am immediately informed the baggage officer and completed all the formalities and told it would be send once the connecting flight from Abu Dhabi arrives. I got communication from Etihad Airways that it is located in Abu Dhabi airport and will be sent soon then after couple of days I got another communication that my luggage was transferred to Sao Paulo airport but got misplaced and they would be searching for it and they informed me that whatever I buy it would get reimbursement. Since then I got a mail stating that my luggage is lost and I would be getting only USD 600, then I replied stating each value of the items that I lost and it totals up to Rs. 67, 000/- and I purchased cloths and accessories valuing $2, 200/- so I rejected the claim. Then I got mail stating that they have forwarded the case to Abu Dhabi central office since then I have not received any communication from them. On top of this while returning back to Mumbai on 23rd Aug my luggage got delayed by 1 day. I am suffering lot of mental stress due to this and I borrowed money to buy cloths from Brazil so I am suffering lot of inconvenience due to this. Can someone please help me out from this mess.
