Etmoney — not closing my mf and refunding the available amount in it.

I invested some amount in MF through ETMoney. Now I wanted to close the mutual fund and want the available money to get refunded. I am requesting ETMoney to refund the money in same account through which investment has been done. I am following up with them since last three months. ETMoney is sending different requirements to fulfill from my side. After many emails noe, they are asking me to contact directly to the MF company. Why I should contact MF company?
