I also fell in ETMONEY's trap. In Aug, 23 I took 3 months Genius subscription for Rs. 147/- which ended recently. Recently, I saw deduction of Rs 747/- from my bank account through EasyPay. When I asked ETMONEY, they informed that it was mentioned in T&C that it shall be auto-renewed after 3 months for Rs 747/-. Ideally, they should have sent an SMS and Email 7-10 days in advance and taken my consent, but it seems that the company is cheating...

I invested some amount in MF through ETMoney. Now I wanted to close the mutual fund and want the available money to get refunded. I am requesting ETMoney to refund the money in same account through which investment has been done. I am following up with them since last three months.
