We completed our 5days trip with Etripto.in on 29th December and it finished quiet well with Etripto.in nothing such things happened with us.
Our 7 days trip completed nicely we didn't faced any such issues we had traveled in April .

I took a trip for 8 days from Etripto. The services were not upto the mark. The drivers were not professional and drove dangerously while talking on phone. The cabs never arrived on time. There is no customer service to help you. Ambika Saha is the only person who manages the trips and is helpless at many times. Sibam Saha is probably brother of Ambika Saha who has commented on top just to make it sound like a good travel company. I have also lodged a complaint against Etripto on Consumer Complaints today.
Please save yourself from mental torture and avoid spoiling your trip. Do not book through Etripto.

Yes the experience was quite the same. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Better to book with trusted ones paying some bucks extra.

Pathetic travel agency.
They are not professional, they commit and don't deliver. Wasted my full day. Driver acts like they are owning us and Etripto can't do anything. Pathetic customer service. Never book from them
We just completed our sikkim trip last week . I booked entire trip through etripto. The services provided were great. The vehicle, drivers, hotels everything was quite amazing and satisfying. Also. They booked our package in quite a less cost. We created memories worth cherishing lifetime. Thanks for Eripto and team.
