Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Water Purifier — Aquaguard water purifier unsealed product delivered

I had booked an Aquaguard Water Purifier on the 31st of July through an Eureka Forbes Sales person who visited my house to check the water quality and then he recomended to go for a particular product and book on the spot as it was the last day of the offer.
I decided to book and paid him the full amount he promised me that the product will be delivered the next day and it will be installed the day after that is the 2nd of August.
Since i did not receive the product till the 3rd of August i called the customer care to verify they told me that the product has been shipped from Jaipur and will be delivered only on the 8th of August. I then again called the sales person and he said that he will fallow up and then the next day he managed to deliver the product to me.
After the product was delivered I noticed that it did not look like a fresh product as there was no company seal just a tape covering the top of the product box, so i again spoke to the sales person and told him that this is not a fresh piece it looks like some refurbished product that you have delivered to me please take it back and deliver a fresh one he asked for the pictures and I sent him the same.
After seeing the pictures he agreed to exchange the product and send me another piece. Since it was taking some time I kept calling him and then he asked me to call his Boss and speak to him. His Boss also gave me the assurance that they have got the approvals and that they will exchange this one with a fresh piece on the 13th of August.
Again with repetitive follow ups there was no response from anyone and they stopped answering my calls.
Then I started calling the call centre on the 18th August to understand what is going on they also gave me some vague answers saying someone will call me from their end in 24 hrs and this went on for almost 4-5 days with no solution. Every time I called the call centre they would say they have logged the complaint and that someone will call me.

On 22nd August I got furious and said I will not hang up till some senior speaks to me and tells me what is the solution, they kept me on hold for almost 1-1 1/2 hr and then the floor supervisor comes on line and tells me that you speak to the sales person who has booked your order and was very rude.

I again follow with the Sales person who finally answers my call and says he has tried his best but he has not got any approvals and that I should speak to his boss again. I have tried calling his Boss but he has blocked me and is not answering my calls at all.

I need a solution to this it is been almost a month now that I have booked the Aquaguard and there has been no solution to anything.

I don't know who to approach next to sort this for me.

Please provide me with a solution.
