Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Water Purifier Complaints & Reviews

I had booked an Aquaguard Water Purifier on the 31st of July through an Eureka Forbes Sales person who visited my house to check the water quality and then he recomended to go for a particular product and book on the spot as it was the last day of the offer.
I decided to book and paid him the full amount he promised me that the product will be delivered the next day and it will be installed the day after that is the 2nd of August.br...

I have EurekaForbes water purifier which is under AMC. Water purifier stopped working red light blinking, I booked service on[protected], now today date[protected]...since 45days gone but not service done yet...

I'm continously following through mails, whatsapp, customercare calls...always giving false replies service will done in priority basis, in 24 hrs your service will be done...

It is very very disappointing...
