I have EurekaForbes water purifier which is under AMC. Water purifier stopped working red light blinking, I booked service on[protected], now today date[protected]...since 45days gone but not service done yet...
I'm continously following through mails, whatsapp, customercare calls...always giving false replies service will done in priority basis, in 24 hrs your service will be done...
It is very very disappointing all our family members...
Daily drinking outside water by paying cost from 45days to till now...
Now I'm asking to return my AMC AMOUNT but now not responding properly.
Please take necessary action against eureka...and do the needful and proper justice.
