My son studies in Euro kids wagholi shirvarkar complex center from past 1.5yrs.We got message from school management in February to pay fees and get the kid admitted in academic year 2023-24.and I did the partial payment in February itself.In month of July I continously raised concern for not receiving the educational kit and uniform so on 14th July we got message of last minute PTM in which they introduced us to a person saying he will the new franchise owner who accompanied his wife and 2 assistants.After that day that person disappeared but even after that no kit was given .Also there was no class teacher for the class and the syllabus was for stake since 15th June.After raising the same issue on daily basis on October 2 suddenly parents received msg saying that school will be shifted to new premises of Arjuna International school which is located near Ultra tech cement factory so ad a parents every parent got concerned and asked to see the classrooms and washrooms where we were not allowed to enter the premises. Yet somehow a lady parent entered in and saw all the kids were made to sit on the dirty floor where teachers were sitting in chairs.and the classes cleaning was in process by maushis. Looking that we asked that it will impact our kids health so the reply we recived from Mrs.Rekha Nair was i[censored] want you can take your kids home else keep Beinga parent such reply and the situation was so frustrating. So i decided to transfer my kid to euros other center which is 2.5 km.So i requested for the transfer where we were told that fees every parent paid wasnot paid to Euro by the management he did fraud so your kid cannot be transfered and you need to go for fresh mid term. So if the fraud is done by frnachise owner its Eurokids responsibility as a brand to recover it from the owner not ask parents to pay again for mid term. Was this information helpful? |
