As per checking with Euro kids, they informed for running Euro kids ore-schools there is no registration/license required in India. Please let us know whether these Euro kids pre-schools are eligible schools for taking admissions with out any license.

Before admission of our kids, we have done the clear inquiry with euro kids vip road kolkata branch and we went for the same on 17th of jun'19 and in 18th jun'19 i have deposited the money through online. Before admission they told if my daughter start attending school from 26-06-19 then we have to pay rs.23000 total including jul'19 tuition fees. I have visited euro kids branch of sardarnagar and asked mr ailani to provides documents on rules and required documents for admission where it is mentioned that separation or divorced paper are not required at the time of admission if parents are not living together. Paid a deposit of rs 70,000 in july 2011 against a euro kids franchise. however euro kids couldn't find location to setup the school.
So asked for a refund of deposit in oct 2011.

Its almost more than year now (dec 2012) and still i'm waiting for my refund.
whenever i call euro kids they say they have to deduct service tax of some 17%, and said wouldn't refund the whole amount.
