Euronet Services India Pvt. Ltd. — Recharge done amount debited from account but didn't not receive any recharge

I had done my reacharg of ₹199 on 21 nov 2021 on BSNL mobile services but recharge not done by Google pay(Euronet Services Private Limited). Amount of ₹199 had been debited from my accounts. I try hard to contact Google pay services but non of the support executive had answers my question correctly..so i have no option to complain your service center.
