I had done my reacharg of ₹199 on 21 nov 2021 on BSNL mobile services but recharge not done by Google pay(Euronet Services Private Limited). Amount of ₹199 had been debited from my accounts. I try hard to contact Google pay services but non of the support executive had answers my question correctly..so i have no option to complain your service center....

I did make recharge of Rs. 147.00 through Google pay (BSNL 147 Plan ), the recharge amount debit from my account(bank ), but recharge not possible, pls refund the same amount to my account ( transaction Details: transfer to[protected]UPI/DR/[protected]/EURONRTG/ICIC/euronetgpa/UPI

Dear Sir,
On 9th May 2009 I had made request of Rs.112 recharge to my BSNL prepaid mobile no.[protected] through my ICICI Bank internet banking facility and payment through my ICICI Bank credit card. The company details are as follows & the details of this transaction are attached with this e-mail in JPG format.

Please do your best to resolve my case.
