Euronet Worldwide — Amount of 199 Debited from Google pay app.

I had done my reacharg of ₹199 on 16 Oct 2020 on JIO mobile services but recharge not done by Google pay(Euronet Services Private Limited). Amount of ₹199 had been debited from my accounts. Its already 3 month i had done my transition.

I try hard to contact Google pay services but non of the support executive had answers my question correctly..so i have no option to complain your service center.
Pls take my concern as very seriously and amount of ₹199 refund to my account.
