On 27 January 2021 I recharged my mothers jio number by 555 but the transaction failed thrice.Afterwards I tried to make the payment from the Jio app and used Google Pay as the UPI and the transaction was successfull but when I checked my bank statement Rs555 were debited twice, one was to Jio and the other one was to euronet. It's had been 6days and I haven't got my money back yet. Kindly return my money....

At 8 Dec 2020 i was Recharged my mobile with Rs.249 . Amount is deducted from bank and sent to euronetgpay .I am vising my bank and also print statement. My money not refunded.
