[Resolved]  Europe Furnitures — Product not delivered for more than a month but full amount paid

I ordered a cot in Europe furnitures from Chennai Trade Center on 13th Feb 2016. We asked them to deliver after a month on 14th March and it is 31st already but the product is still not delivered.

We are trying to reach the contacts taken from the bill and other websites, none of them are responding (calls are not being picked up).

Looks like there are many of them who have raised complaints already, unfortunately I saw the reviews only after placing the order.

Please request someone to take necessary action on this regard.
