We had booked a Three seater Sofa on 9 th April 2016 at Europe Furniture in the Exhibition held at Trade Centre. These peoples response in too poor, neither are they attending the call nor providing the correct response about delivery. Just once they had picked up the call to convince it would be delivered in a day or two. Still no confirmation call regarding delivery given. Its almost April End and still waiting for the Furniture to be delivered....

Product not delivered for more than a month but full amount paid

I ordered a cot in Europe furnitures from Chennai Trade Center on 13th Feb 2016. We asked them to deliver after a month on 14th March and it is 31st already but the product is still not delivered.
We are trying to reach the contacts taken from the bill and other websites, none of them are responding (calls are not being picked up).
Looks like there are many of them who have raised complaints already, unfortunately...
