Initially I thought very unprofessional behaviour but reading other complaints on social media I am convinced Eureka Forbes is cheating it’s existing customers.
I have lodged a complaint to fix the water purifier under warranty almost 10 days ago and have the complaint number (CM[protected] but every time I follow up they tell me that my request is being taken on priority and no one calls back or turn up. Many times they just put my call on hold for more than 30 minutes and later disconnect it.
I don’t know what else I can do apart from boiling water to drink and wasting my time with customer care Was this information helpful? |
