Eveready Industries India — rf03 fan cable is inferior stopped working

I bought rf03 from shopclues (Screen shot attached) and within 15 days the charging cable which was already very cheap in quality went bad. And now i'm unable to find the replacement cable in market. Eveready customer care wasn't responding neither was shopclues.
Recently, got email from eveready who are now asking for paper work instead of looking at the original online receipt. Donno whom to complain abt?

I have raised concern on 14 OCT 2017 about the leakage of water in steam Iron,
complaint # c[protected], Haven't received any update from EverReady even after following up on several times, Customer service will promise to get back with technician within 24 hours, However its 27 OCT 2017. None reached on this.
