Eveready — Water geyser

I had raised the complaint about 15days before for 15 liter water geyser. technician visited my house and he told that it has coil problem and will get new coil next day. So again he came with new coil next day and he was struggling to install the coil and finally he told that he will get different coil which fits to the geyser and also he took old coil with him. But till today he did not come nor picking the call. I am senior citizen 83 years old, daily I am trying to call him but he never picks the call. Tried all Eveready numbers mentioned in the websites, none of the numbers are working. This is completely looks like Eveready is cheating customers.
If some one sees this complaint from Eveready please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
