Complaint marked as Resolved I wish to bring to attention a serious consumer fraud concern involving Mr. Kaushal Kumar Rai, currently associated with Adiguru Travel India Private Limited, Noida. A complaint already listed on this platform (filed by Ms. Chinu Goyal on 14 June 2023 against Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd) appears to involve the same individual operating under a different company name. In my case, ₹1.65 lakh was collected for international flight tickets which later appeared invalid, and I have filed an FIR regarding this cyber fraud. During verification, I also found that the listed office addresses appear incorrect, the director contact details are unreliable, and the company website is non-functional. I am sharing this information to request review and to help prevent other consumers from facing similar financial loss.
It has been alleged by several complainants that fake companies and misleading business practices were used to collect money from people before changing locations and operations. This message is being shared purely for public awareness and to connect with other affected individuals who may wish to seek legal assistance or share relevant information.
