Complaint marked as Resolved I wish to bring to attention a serious consumer fraud concern involving Mr. Kaushal Kumar Rai, currently associated with Adiguru Travel India Private Limited, Noida. A complaint already listed on this platform (filed by Ms. Chinu Goyal on 14 June 2023 against Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd) appears to involve the same individual operating under a different company name. In my case, ₹1.65 lakh was collected for international flight tickets which later appeared invalid, and I have filed an FIR regarding this cyber fraud. During verification, I also found that the listed office addresses appear incorrect, the director contact details are unreliable, and the company website is non-functional. I am sharing this information to request review and to help prevent other consumers from facing similar financial loss.
