Back in August 2023, I booked two round-trip tickets for me and my wife from Toronto, Canada, to Delhi, India via Munich from Kaushal. We transferred a hefty sum of INR 1, 12, 500 for the tickets (half amount in advance). The plan was to depart on the 26th Sep 2023 and return on the 4th Dec 2023.

I requested Mr Kaushal to issue me a ticket from Vancouver to India either for 27th April or 29th of Arpil 2023. I paid him Rs. 1, 72, 000/- through phone pe on 10th of April against 4 tickets for 2 adults and 2 children. BIG TIME FRAUD.

In one of my worst time, I took membership of evershine holidays in Manali, in January 2021 . They charged me 1.5 lakhs for so called "membership".

In Sept 2022, he provided me fake hotel bookings for europe trip and charged 1.25 lakhs. When I reached Amsterdam, there was no booking under my name. I had to book on my own after reaching by paying much higher prices.

I had taken the membership (Membership ID: EC[protected] with Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd last year 2022 in April. At the time of taking the membership, Kunal Bhatia was the person who attended us and gave all sorts of promises and then we proceeded to buy their membership for 1 year, by paying Rs 19500 in equal installments via EMI.

I have not been able to use their service at all in last 2 years. They promised to send card access and login access which they haven't shared. In exchange they agreed to provide a range of services like accomodation in 5/4 star hotels, discount on food and flight ticket, cab at 10/12 rs per km across India and many other features like online booking through their portal.

I have paid in advance all amount including hotel Charges. But at checking time hotel management has asked me hotel charges as a Deposit as they have not received payment from the travel agent.

As on date balance amount is still not refunded even though i have approached daily through whatsapp even after receiving commitment to refund on every day.

This shows irresponsible behaviour of your Executive. This is also not good for the EverShine Holidays as this gives negative feeling about your Company. She is not able to handle the customers.
