[Resolved]  Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd — Not issuing the tickets

I requested Mr Kaushal to issue me a ticket from Vancouver to India either for 27th April or 29th of Arpil 2023. I paid him Rs. 1, 72, 000/- through phone pe on 10th of April against 4 tickets for 2 adults and 2 children. Despite making calls and sending msgs, he is not issuing the tickets and keeps on making excuses. Kindly, take some action against him. He is not taking the calls even now.

Hi, Mr Kaushal of Eveshine Holidays pvt Ltd, Noida has promised me that he will issue me the tickets on May 2, 2023 at 2pm (IST), so I am trusting him to keep his promise and marking the complaint as resolved.
