EVERYDAY ORGANICS — Non delivery of items after taking money

I got a call from everyday organics on 24-FEB-2015 saying that since I am maintaining good credit score, I will be offered few gift vouchers worth nearly 6000 INR to 8000 INR for only 2999 INR. They mentioned that once I will pay the amount, the items will be dispatched in 15 days. But its more than 2 months and I have not received any of them. When I called them, they are saying that they are looking into the problem. Even when I requested to refund my amount, their response is poor.

Its been 4 months and they have not refunded my money.. Whenever I will call them to track the status of my refund, they are saying that system is down, power is not there... bull- stories. They are saying that, Everyday Organics is multi crore company and will not cheat the customers. Yeah.. it is multicrore company in terms of cheating people not in terms of revenues.

They will only keep postponing and do time pass. They have also said you can't see any complain about everyday organics, its very respected company.
All are just fake. @ConsumerComplaints please do the needful. As i am also suffering as Gangadhar Reddy Vennapusa .

Do not send goods

I purchased from Green Tea from www.everydayorganics.in, order no[protected] date—[protected], but the seller has not yet Courier, tracking no is not here yet, their customer care and chatting online is not working
