Evok — defect in recliner chair

I bought a recliner chair two years back but it has been giving problem right from the beginning. Initially they used to send the technician but now the complaints over phone are neither attended or are shown as resolved even without anyone visiting my place. My latest complaint no is mj 31102 dated 2nd jan. I was assured help within 24 hours but nobody came. Now i have been trying to contact you but for the last one hour all customer care executive are busy. Very frustrating experience. Never expected such response from your esteemed company.
