    This is with reference to the Alexander King Size bed that I have purchased from Evok- Sohna Road, Gurugram (Gurgaon) Haryana in June-2023.

    Today, I faced a highly painful experience of having multiple injuries in left foot and cracks in the right foot, due to the sudden breakdown of this undoubtedly poor quality 'king' bed which was sold to me for over ₹63, 000/- just five months ago.

    Although I already had a horrifying experience with the sales team when the the deadlines were revised multiple times and on my insistence an assembly was done at 12 midnight post delivery after waiting for over 45 days from the booking instead of promised 15 days. I have ignored it all as I don't like to make the small things big, however now I was forced to lose my patience.

    Today, on 27th November 2023, a few minutes ago, when I was opening the boot of the bed to take some bedsheets out, it stretched from the head with a weird sound and when I tried to pick the detaching head, it falled over both of my foot. In these minutes when I am writing this email, my foot have been swelled up and paining like hell. All due to the FAKE EVOK PROMISES.

    Clearly this is Evok's deficiency in services and attempt of selling poor quality product, packaged as a premium product, being sold for high cost which now feels like unreasonable and erroneous.

    I am deeply saddened and shocked over this breakdown which caused so much trouble and still giving the horrible experiences with physical hurt.

    Please "COLLECT YOUR GARBAGE" and "UNCONDITIONALLY INITIATE FULL REFUND IN ADDITION TO DAMAGES FOR PHYSICAL INJURIES AND MENTAL TRAUMA CAUSED TO ME. Also note that "I DON'T WANT ANY WARRANTY OVER THIS CRAP MATERIAL BUT MY CLAIMS ONLY".

    In case I do not get your assertive response, I would have to assume that you are an unapologetic being and I will be forced to take the legal actions, as I have had enough and cannot bear the physical and mental pressure over the 'fake promises' and 'poor quality product' of EVOK and Hindware.

            I bought study table from evok store kirti nagar, table was delivered to me by courier, but nobody came for unboxing or assembling, inspite of repeated requests bisht, Ajay, naresh all said it is single peace and does not require assembling, we still waited and nobody came, in the end we opened it and found the corner broken, not inspite of repeated requests nobody is coming for either repair or replacing the item, it gives bad name for Evok, kindly help

                We have ordered a sofa on 29th Jan and it was committed to be delivered in 10 days. Today is 15th Feb and there is no information from Kirti nagar Store that when it will be delivered. Its so frustrating when you give 50K in flash of second to these retailers "so called brand" and they have no responsibility to feel commited of dates and delivery and now I feel do they really care about customer at all...

                I would like to escalate this to higher management and request someone to contact me at [protected].

                  We purchased one queen size bed from EVOK online in August 2022. We paid 100% payment via internet banking. The delivery and assembly took a month of follow up. Finally, their delivery person said that the bed is defective and can't be assembled. After multiple follow ups finally they picked up the bed from my location in October 2022.
                  It's been 3 months since I am following up to get my money back. I have made lot of calls to their call center, and they keep bringing new challenges they have been facing with their portals and processes.
                  Finally, we could manage to get an email from them in November 2022 stating that we will get our refund in max 10 days. So far money has not been refunded.
                  When I called them again this morning. They said they are unable to refund from portal and need a blank cheque from us. So unprofessional. Which seller asks for a blank cheque from customer, that too for getting the refund.
                  Consumer team, we need your intervention and support here as we have been struggling from last 4 months.

                      Now situation is that he is not attending my call and dont know when willl he deliver me wardrobe...
                      WORST EXPERIENCE AT EVOKE..
                      I will never suggest any one about EVOKE.

                        I have placed an order for Tyler Leatherette Recliner for Rs. 23990 on 04/04/2022 as per Order ID no. 23200521 .

                        It was supplied to Kerala after many phone calls and now the item was damaged as its left hand side portion separated from body and cannot be used . I have requested for service many times from August 2022 onwards and sent a mail to them on 13/09/2022 and Service request number MJ 81230 was registered. But no response even after calling customer care . At last, on 20/09/22, , they sent one technician to repair it but he reported that it could not repair since the damage is so serious and on 15/10/2022 they sent a mail that it would be REPLACED WITHIN 15V -18 DAYS OR BEFORE OCTOBER . But no response thereafter and from that day onwards, I am calling customer care and they tell lies now that another technician will come.
                        Since, thet cannot repair it, you may please order them to replace the item by sending a new recliner to my address and reverse pick up the damaged item from my home or refund my full amount of Rs. 23990/-

                        Please help me and ask Evok to stop cheating customers.

                          I've committed a mistake of buying a dining table from your store by making 100% payment on 16.10.2022 which was delivered at my address on 22.10.2022 and your carpenter visited on 28.10.2022 to install the same but could not be installed as the holes made on the table legs are out of range as well as the length of table legs are not equal.
                          Your carpenter mr. Naresh informed the matter to your office as well as to Mr. Naresh Bhati with an assurance to me from Mr. Bhati to get the table replaced immediately but nothing is done till date. Aggrieved of the situation I called Mr. Bhati who did not take my call and finally I called your showroom where Mr. Sumit, Manager attended my call and conveyed that he is not aware of any such issue and will reverent after verifying the facts. After a few minutes your manager in a sarcastic manner informed me that someone will visit at the delivery address today to inspect the problem which shows that the carpenter deputed by you was not competent enough to be believed by your organisation.
                          I believe I was assured of the name HINDWARE behind the item sold and if it's true it is a shame for me to buy such poor quality material by spending so much.
                          Hope you will take cognizance of the situation and will take remedial action ASAP.

                            I bought a sofa on 16/06/22. They sent the same after a month. The color was different than the one I ordered hence I asked for a refund. They took the sofa back after a month after calling N number of times and its been 4 months, I have still not got my money back. I dont get any updates from them. Each time I end up calling the helpline & they dont help either.

                              I purchased one leather sofa in oct 2020, within one year the leather het started peeling. I informed them and the communication over Phone is going on. In the meantime expired the warranty period. Again I contacted they said it will cost rs

                              They used very good quality leather. Of they used good one how this happened within one year i contacted again and they informed me call back after discussion. Now 20 days o er neither they contacted me or attendingu phone. An early action required

                                  It's been 3 days since the above mentioned products were delivered but once installation team opened it recliners fabric was damaged

                                  And color of side table was black.

                                  Highly unacceptable from such a brand.

                                  Request you to kindly take out the damaged peices (its an eyesore in a house) and replace it with as shown in website and undamaged.

                                  Also deliver our pending item but duly checked and verified in your warehouse.

                                    Issues with Evok furniture- Order#[protected]L-Shaped Sofa)

                                    After month long delay, I received the product but it was a damaged one.
                                    I reported it immediately, I was informed by the Evok team that, they are not in a position to replace the product due to stock unavailability.
                                    They promised me the refund of INR 5K, against the repair cost. It has been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting to get the repair cost.
                                    People have stopped responding over email.

                                    I've been writing to Business head/Customer care Head and couple of other dignitaries but to no avail

                                      i made calls to evok many times regarding product delivery. But no response from EVOK customer care .Every time they told that within 24 to 48 Hrs only we could come to know the status of delivery . This is continuing for last 15 days . but proper reply from evok.
