[Resolved] Evok — modular kitchen messed up installation | |||
Visited hyd showrom in early '17 for mod kitchen, paid 50% of rs 160k quoted as per their terms, sign contract for order, weeks later they say wrong quotation given by their ex-emp shd be rs 180k. I finally agree to rs 170k, all pymnts done in may. Their exec is supposed to coordinate with builder for civil work. Super delay in installation after 2 months of all payments. Lack of ownership, coordination by their exec & mgr, messed up entire installation, all new raw materials kept in open dirt. I followed up several times with store mgr srinivas and exec. Vinay. Exec blamed builder for wrong civil work. It was his or someone from evok responsibility to explain the tech specifications to the builder. They always say they will come back and get the work done soon but no commitment on date. Last 2 days tried calling the customer service in gurgaon. Again vague responses and no senior person to understand and address the concern. Pathetic experience unexpected from a brand name, a local vendor would have done a much better job.
