Evok — No response to Repair under guarantee period | |||
EVOK repair complaint number MJ53725 Product: Recliner 3 seater sofa Issue: One recliner is jammed. It was tough to recline when the product was bought. Installation guy said that it will smoothen after use. That did not happen and eventually the recliner got totally jammed. The product was bought in August 2020. Delivered in September 2020. I raised a complaint on 26 July 2021 for calling a technician. I was promised services within 4-5 few working days. Complaint number allotted was MJ53725. Nobody attended the issue. Follow up call was done on 3 August 2021, when an urgent requirement was raised in their system and I was promised service within 2 working days due to priority issue. Next follow up call done on 5 August 2021, when I was given the contact number of local service supervisor. I have not been able to contact the concerned person till now because of call not being answered/ number being switched off. My 1-yr free warranty period repair is going to expire soon and looks like company is not attending to this repair request just because this is covered under warranty and not going to generate additional revenue for them.
