Evok — Reimbursement not received and No Response to Emails

I had ordered a bed 3 months ago and for the first two months kept following up to know the status. Every time customer care would say the product is being dispatched. Twice I received damaged goods and then I wrote for a reimbursement. It has been 3 months in total from the day I wanted a product to where I am today. I have continuously followed up without any sort of response from Evok. I want the refund at the earliest and they can pick up the material from my place.
