[Resolved] Evok — sofa skin damage

I have recliner sofa (Megna) sofa skin getting damage and from last 25 days after the complaint there are no action and when i called the person they said the color difference would be there.
And they are asking for full amount for repair, while they said that we are not sure that the color would be match or not.
Kindly take an action.
Date of complaint - 7 dec 2018, there are no action after that.
