Evok — Worst service for recliner | |||||
This is regarding the evok service request or ticket number: MJ25001. The ticket was logged 4 months back. First of all iam experiencing the worst service from both the Evok service persons and the customer care. The recliner was sent for repair a month back but still the work is not completed and the service person does not respond to my phone calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The company has supplied the defective and incomplete unit few days back .Their service chief Bhanu is not responding to phones and e mails . Evok is useless company supplying fake products on sale .

Evok services have improved a lot from 1-2 years, had faced some issues for my previous order in 2015, but now good responses and service from Evok.
