Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme [Echs] — Claim and Refund stopped

Dear ECSH,

I am Poonam Shukla my husband JC no is 130085L.

I have submitted documents for claim no 23052137 which has been stopped for processing by asking additional documents.

when i am calling Mr. S P Rathore who is taking care ECHS Kanpur 7 air force is misbehaving with me and disconnecting my call instead of providing me right direction.

I am out of india and not able to visit physically to ecsh kanpur.

My claim amount is big and i can not leave it. Please guide me to whom to contact and how to submit documents.
