Respected sir, I am kuldeep singh, ex-serviceman from signal corp indian army. I admitted my wife for treatment in base hospital. She was there for 4 days (File attached) but she was complaining that there is no care and cleanliness in base hospital and sometimes cockroaches can be seen on utensils and even in meal. I want to give my wife best treatment and for that i want her to be transferred in rr hospital, kindly give us permission for that. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
