Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme [Echs] — Non delivery of new ECHS Card of ANISH KUMAR, PO(EX- SERVICEMEN), P. NO. 126426H

Dear sir,

I have applied for 64 gb ECHS card on 28 March 2021. After completion of 01 year, I have not received my ECHS card. The status of card showing "Dispatched to station Headquarters".
Presently, I am residing in Chennai with my family. I am facing lot of problems in ECHS, Chennai during treatment. I have sent mail to Station HQ, Danapur. But I have not got any reply.
In view of the above, you are requested that kindly look in this matter and do the needful.
