I got a msg and mail from advocate assocciate regarding a case file submitted by exa technology and forced to pay 95000 rupees penalty fee for avoiding proceedings of breach of agreement. But I have already paid rupees 13000 during that period itself for cancellation of the contract and they have messaged that the contract had been cancelled.
