I have paid to them as mentioned in NOC & 9, 000 to advocate for all the process and still they calls me and harass me for extra amount or else the case will be reopened.

The name of the advocate is Avinash Mehra and he says he is from arbitration department, new delhi, senior advocate, Cabinet number 125. His mobile number is +91 [protected].

He also says that he is calling from ministry but which ministry he never said.

My agreement clearly says that arbitration will be in aurangabad and not delhi Plus there are no charges for cancellation or termination of the agreement mentioned in the agreement. This advocate is mentally harassing and calling me again and again. I can provide the call recordings if requested.

Please as soon as possible kindly help me out.

I got a msg and mail from advocate assocciate regarding a case file submitted by exa technology and forced to pay 95000 rupees penalty fee for avoiding proceedings of breach of agreement. But I have already paid rupees 13000 during that period itself for cancellation of the contract and they have messaged that the contract had been cancelled. Now they again forcing me to pay the above said amount

This company was taken my 9000 money before 1 year then i submitted a complaint against the company on consumer form then they are stop calling nd messaging me but today they call me and message me again and told me for 90000+18950 rupees nd they threaten me if i not paid them then file a case on me nd they send me a case no nd excetra. She said she cancelled the work. I asked for proof but she did not provide me one. After some days there advocate called me and asks me about paying the penalty.
Now they are troubling me to pay the money. They are torturing mentally, i cant concentrate on my studies.

They are fraud because i secreen record my kapi they change right captcha to wrong.. I tell to her she say to me i will do something i say you are fraud company and i can't work with you... But after some day they call mepay your panelty 9000 i say no when i have money why i search a job they send me agreement harasment then i was pay 5000 to convince them then they gives me noc nd told me ur case is closed. Hello sir, i'm shivangi from goa and i'm a student, i got a call saying that i had got a part time job so i have to fill 15000 captcha in 15 days and they asked me to send voter id, so i agreed to that. I checked aggrement that is fake so i said him for not doing work at 1st day
But later i came to know that they have created a agreement saying that i have to pay 9000 as penalty if i don't complete work. I called them to ask about it but they didn't even respond to my call. But they kept calling and harrassing me to pay 9000. So i paid them off and now they are calling me to ask for more money i guess more then 80000. I don't know what to do. I'm still a student. So please help me get rid of them

When i contact to the company via phone call and i told that i am not agree with this legal document that you provided me. I can not do this job & not take this big risk. Then the company deny me and the company says that,

If you will not do the work with us or failed to complete the work then you have to pay a penalty amount 9000 rs. To the company. If you not pay the penalty fee then company will file a case in court with your legal document.

I was searching for an part time job on internet. One girl called me and said there is an captcha filling work! After her call again i got an call that they said we have registered ur work, i should compelelte that 15000 captcha in 15 days, i worked for few days and asked them to plz cancel my job.
After few days later they called suddenly and asked for 27000! That day i was in po exam.
I got tensed and paid them 27k. After that they asked for more money, but i ignored it already.
Now they are troubling me to pay money continuously, because can't concentrate on my studies also, they are torturing me to pay.
Plz take an action immediately, and solve my problem.

Exa technology company called me ones and asked me to register for their company. They asked me to send details of adhaar card photos of both sides and send me a sample of 15000 captcha which i have to solve it. I was looking for some income in quicker apps, someone contacted me from exa technology and ask me for online captcha filling work. I'm agree with the condition of rs.2.25 per right captcha of 90% correct filling out of 15000 captcha but at that time she is not tell about anything for compensation money or penalty for not doing the target and wrong filling of captcha. As per the conversation i gave him my aadher card by mail. Where the agreement copy received by me, i found that there is rs. 9000 for compensation money for failing to do the 15000 captcha filling target. I was stuned and call him back, but he deny to receive the phone. After 15 days yestersay i had got a mail, have to pay the money as penalty, i felt totally helpless, and begging your comment. Hi my name is Sushma Meena, recently i got a call from exa technology for part time job. They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on completion of job i will be get paid. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadhar card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my name at the bottom and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs. 9000/-. They told me that I have to complete a single work of 15 days. I did it but now their advocate is calling me again and again and saying to pay penalty of 90000 for next 10 months because I have not complete my work of 11 months. I have only completed work of 1 month and now they asking me to pay this much amount. and now they are making some new rules like if have want to terminate your ID you have to pay 12000. And neither they have mentioned in their agreement nor they told me such rules on call from the day when i start the work to the last day of the work. And i also told the to helpline department to terminate my ID. And their advocate is telling me all these rules not the company. He is continuously saying me that he will send legal notice on my address and near police stations. And company is not even talking to me and they are not receiving my call. I called him back but they blocked my number .I am really afraid of them and now when i've seen many complains against same company and so i decided to come up to you.

I am a student and my name is yash singh rajput. I have applied for part time work with exa technology which was to write 15000 captchas in 15 days for an amount of approx rs.30, 000. I have been doing the work online for them but the online report which is available on their website says that no work has been done. I have done the work for at least 2 to 3 hrs daily and then when the report is asked, it shows that no work has been done. It is showing the work done of only one day which is showing that only 2 captchas have been written which is not correct as i have written a lot of the consecutively on a regular basis. When called on the helpline number, the lady said that you have not done the work that is why it is not visible but it is false as i have been doing the work continuously. Also when i have sent them an e-mail today they asked me to clear the browser history in order to see the report but still nothing happened and now i am having no proof to show to them which can prove that i have been working daily for them. They told me that tomorrow is the last day of submission and i have to pay the amount of rs.9000 and if not paid then the issue will be transferred to the legal department. I am doing the work today for full night and full tomorrow's day but it is not possible to complete 15000 captchas in one day. I am struck as it is because of their website technical issue that i am unable to prove the fact that i have done the work continuously. I am having no way to go to. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Hello sir/mam my name is shreya. I m 18 years old and i wanted to do work from home because i was for 2-3 months. So i applied for this and they said to me that they will give a work called captcha work in which i have to complete the 15000 captchas in 15 days. I said yes so they gave me some pdf of demo work and demo account and i saw it, that seemed so easy so i applied. They said to give my adhar card send it to her.in 1 to 2 hours an emial was sent to my gmail send by exa technology, it was an agreement written if you fail to do this captcha in 15 days you will pay 9000 and give me some pdf form agreement. But now it has been 10 days 5 days are left and when i searched about the company i came to know about the fraud and filing the complain please look at my complain as soon as possible.
The girl who called me told me the she is ssiya patel from exa company and she called me from this number [protected].
The incident happened on 19 of april.

I was in need of part time job so i applied for it. Later i got a call from exa company to fill the 15000 captchas for 15 days. As i was in need of money i accepted it but later i told them that i really dont want to do this as i am employeed now and couldnt get a time complete filling the captchas and my work at a time. But yesterday i got a mail from that company to pay the utility charges. I dont know what is this utility charges means and the company messaged me today (29/04/2019) that the comapny will file a case for not fulfilling the agreement. I am not knowing what to do. I was searching online job. I get a call from EXA TECHNOLOGY company for the job. They told me about the work that 1500 captcha are there to type and they will pay 13000. But they have told me for any panlety amount. Then I start joing and typing 4 captcha website was not working. Then I told for the problm they didn't respond. After 20 day they calling and asking for panlty money and they saying for legal progress.

So i send them my aadhar card scan copy through watsapp. After few hour i got a mail attached with documents in which at last a clause was mentioned that i need to pay a sum of 9000 rupees if i fail to complete the given work. Reading to that i have called them many times from then onwards they didnot answer my call. After some time i have seen in internet about this company that its a fake one but still i have done this captcha filling for few days. But today i got a call from them saying to pay 9000 rupees or else they will file case on me and send a court notice regarding this.
I am an unemployed guys with family problems. So for that i have opted for part time job. Now i feared about this matter.
