Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — Refund not provided even after 5 months of commitment

Address:#22, 1st Floor, NJ Chambers ,Opp to Ramada Hotel, Near Shivajinagar Bus Stand, Bangalore-560051

I had given Rs. 5416 for job interviews but got the job from my own. I shared the details with ECPS but their response was unprofessional and committed to provide refund by 20 or 30 Dec 2023(after 5 months approx).

I told them to provide refund by 29 even though it was unjustified and delayed a lot as most of the people will be on leave but now their phones are switched off for both Customer Support and Refund teams.

I have not seen such worse consultancy who just play with people money, especially from the unemployed candidates.
No proper t&c was signed or informed at the time of registration.

No clause was read
nothing was educated about the refund process.
Randomly one employee calls telling ur profile is shortlisted and u can get premium service, pay so and so amount & its 90 days service
