They have informed that they will definitely help in getting a interview & also Job offer within 25 days of Service availed. Its been mor than a month, but still I haven't received even single interview call.

Once in every 2 days I get a auto generated email ( or standard ) email saying that, they would schedule interview for so & so company & would hear from them, later nothing is received, I feel like its a fake email.

They have taken some 5-6K to do nothing with a false promise. Please look into this & Im quite sure they must have taken money from thousands of people like me for doing nothing. So please help everyone.

I had given Rs. 5416 for job interviews but got the job from my own. I shared the details with ECPS but their response was unprofessional and committed to provide refund by 20 or 30 Dec 2023(after 5 months approx).

I told them to provide refund by 29 even though it was unjustified and delayed a lot as most of the people will be on leave but now their phones are switched off for both Customer Support and Refund teams.

Beware of an extremely unprofessional organization called Exalt. They require candidates to pay fees for their supposed services, which include scheduling interviews. I have not seen such worse consultancy who just play with people money, especially from the unemployed candidates.
No proper t&c was signed or informed at the time of registration.

No clause was read
nothing was educated about the refund process.
Randomly one employee calls telling ur profile is shortlisted and u can get premium service, pay so and so amount & its 90 days service

i paid the money on Feb 2023 & till date i have not got any job offers / confirmed interview schedules.
i got a letter from them today that refund is rejected.
this is a total FRAUD company....

I was called by an agent called Aswini on 21st July asking me to make a payment of around Rs.5416 for getting a suitable job. I did made a payment. The agent also promised me to get the interview scheduled within a week by understanding my profile and also by sharing the JD. I have managed to secure a job on my own and I have raised the filed form for refund. Once I raised for refund, there is immediately a chain of emails with several senseless points.
There was no coordination nor call nothing ever since I paid for the service. I got a call after registering asking to pay and register which is ridiculous without even knowing that I have already paid. Such a money minded company.

I had enrolled basis their assurance that the fees will be refunded in case they are unable to place me. Post payment of the fees had signed their agreement (since fees was already paid) and on the trust that they would be able to find suitable openings for me.

Unfortunately, it was not so, it is a totally unprofessional and they didn't even try to understand my profile and scheduled interviews in a couple of company's irrelavant...

This company is run by some fraudsters who are scamming people saying that if they are looking for any job change they might arrange interview with companies and ask people to pay around 5000. Once paid they do not respond back. This company is on linked and naukri platforms from where they are stealing job seeker's information....

I have never seen such a ridiculous company who doesn't have value for Human not money...I raised a complaint earlier and they immediately called but did nothing further

This consultancy is a torture. They just call you 10 times a day to get the payment and once the payment is done, they just vanish away. Azhar Khan was a person who used to call me 10 times a day and once the payment is done, they don't even bother to call nor pick up the call. I have got 2 emails from the consultancy that the profile has been shared with 2 big companies and nothing will come from the company. This is absolutely ridiculous....

I had enrolled on[protected] by paying 5416/- vide registration number 37077 dt:21-11-22. after that i have received a formal call stating that they are planning to arrange interview,

in that one address was wrong- no support from ECPS team.
remaining all arranged for HR rolls instead of supply chain, they didn't even corrected it in their data base.
When ever I called teams says that your profile is not available...
