I have taken the services of ECPS on april 25th 2023. Since then i received some interviews scheduled mails. I have visited on of the offices (Posidex) for attending interview. However, i got to know that there was no opening at all for the position in that company and also they claimed that they did not inform ECPS about any of the recruitement . They also informed me that it is a fake company. Post that, i have reached out to ECPS again for clarification, and they said it could have happened by mistake. Later, I asked them to schedule interviews online instead of in-person. Inspite of reminding them, they were only sending in-person interviews. when I have requested for the refund, I was told that money cannot be refunded, because they have introduced me to 6 companies and scheduled interviews for 7 companies (All-inperson)
The introduction mails were not copied to me. and the inperson interviews were scheduled with short notice time. It was always a mail, but not informed me by calling me on mobile. Please help me with the refund process
