They call target people who dont have jobs or searching fo0r job. then they take the advantage of there emotions that we have ready job for you in Top MNC like accenture, IMB where in there will be only two formalities round. for this they take huge money around 5K+tax and keep following candidate till the time they transfer moneyin the account, they also take all the personal and professional documents. after receiving money they dont even bother to call you nor any email will be there from there side. and if we call them they will keep shifting us to different people and one daywill start avoiding. now when candidate requestfor the refund as promised. they dont even reply nor communicate. i am one of the victim. please do help.

I am looking out for a job and one day Exalt consulting called me .. Her name is Sania . She said that my profile is very good and That Saturday they have an interview with CTS and Capgemini for my profile and to get the interview scheduled she asked me to pay 4500 . I said that i will call later and cut the call. She kept calling for 2 days and it was Friday she told me that tomorrow morning is the interview and it got scheduled once you make the payment interview details will be mailed to you .. So i made the payment and kept on calling her .. She never picked the call and its been 10 days till date .. I called up the land line no one answers, even someone picks the call they don't have any info on our profile . They ask to call to the placement cell Hussain, and he just reads your profile everyday and says that your profile is in process and will take time .

They never called me after making the payment, instead i a back of them . I am a working professional and i am in a need of better job and i paid the amount like a fool without any second thought .

Now i got a good job through other consultancy, i asked them to refund my amount .

Do not ever pay your hard earned money to such Consultancies ..

Dear All, I made a mistake by not checking their background before registering with them. I registered with them on September 4th, 2013 for Rs. 7, 303/ for both local and international opportunities. As is the case with everybody else, they gave big promises saying they have contacts in big MNCs and could schedule interviews immediately. They also went to the extend of promising to schedule an interview with Cognizant, Singapore within 2 days of registration as they have shortlisted my profile. That was it. After that I was only getting emails from them saying my resume was sent to that company, this company etc, mostly small companies and many times non IT companies. But I never got contacted by these companies. After 2 months I emailed them to cancel my registration as they could not schedule a single interview for me. But they persuaded me to wait for one more month. Even after 3 months, not a single interview was scheduled. So I applied for the refund by sending the refund form on 10th Dec, 2013. First they promised the refund within 15 days. Nothing happened. So I had to call them almost every week and each time they promised it will be done the same week. I also had to send all the email interactions and copy of the payment receipt. They kept on saying it has been sent to their HR for effort estimation. I do not know what effort they had put since not even a single interview was scheduled for me. I do not need to pay them Rs. 7, 303/- for sending my resume to different companies and wait for them to respond. I can do it myself !!!. Now it is one and a half months since I sent the refund application. After the final call on 23rd Jan, 2014, they said they will finalize the refund on 24th Jan. But on the 24th all I got was a mail saying my processing was postponed to Feb 18 to Feb 28 as it has been given to HR for effort estimation, the same reason they have been telling me for one and a half months. I immediately called them to protest, but they say it is the top management's decision and nothing can be done. I believe they are deliberately delaying the refund and do not have any intention to pay our money back. I had to call them several times (and it is very difficult to get the line) to know the status as they hardly replies to emails. I do not intend to give up until I get my money back. It is our hard earned money and why should we give it out free to such companies. I would have been more than happy to pay them if they could keep their promises. I do not know how this company still runs smoothly despite the flood of complaints against them. Could you please help me in getting my full refund? Regards Suresh Prasad

I have registered with exalt consulting placement services (Ecps) on 30th oct 2013. I got an mail from their side and i is written that they have a job which is match your profile so i call them and they told me that you will get an job within 2-3 days, untill now i didnt get an singleinterview call from their side. Sir i humbly request to you that plz do some serious reactions against them.

Currently i am working in mumbai and wanted to shift to surat (My hometown). Hence, was looking for a change. Before three months back i got an email from exalt consultancy pvt ltd, bangalore regarding openings with multiple companies across the india and their registration charge was 4500/-. I was find it difficult to find a job in surat and registered myself with this company. At the time of registration i was told that that i will get a job within a week hence, hurry up and register myself as soon as possible as position i was looking for in surat are currently vacant. Let me give you some background regarding their policy. Their policy is: I) if they will be able to provide the job, than they will charge one month full salary offered by the recruiter and registration fee would be returned. Ii) for experienced candidates, if they won't be able to provide the job within three months than registration charges will be refunded. As soon as i paid 4500/- they never called me for any opening and was getting only mails stating that we have sent your cv to this particular company and all. But i have never attended a single interview yet although 4500/-ahs been paid. Three months are already over after the registration and as per their policy i am eligible for refund. I have mailed them regarding the refund on monday but haven’t heard anything from them yet. I am really worried about my hard earned money. I request you to please take strict action against this company as this may have happened to others like me and they should be stopped to cheat/ fraud people. Will really appreciate your help on this.

Last year in month of Nov 2012 i registered with ECPS and paid 4500/- rs and they promise they will help me in getting job. As validity was only 3 months. These never help on this as i dont get any interview call. Fine from many months iam asking about my money they are not responding. Priorly i complaint about these guys they promised me to refund in 2 days but till date nobody is responding. and even they called and asked to remove the complaint. I said refund my money we will see on this. First of all in this last year no one told to fill the refund form. after sending mails nobody respond on this. Its a fraud co as many complaints are filed with consumer court for cheating the customers. Any time if we call on their helpline they just disconnect by saying concerned person is not there. Last time when i called he said we are least bother about your complaint. If this attitude they have why govt has given license to these guys...I courier refund form on 7/11/2013 after sending mails now they are saying send the beginning conversations you had with us and receipt no. My question which co is this ...not having any records. This simply shows this is cheater company. I have send on mail all conversations and receipt also still my money is not refunded. Now due to this big harassment now i want my double money back My previous consumer complaint is 53866. Still no action is taken against these guys. I have wrote no of mails to these guys now im fed up.When ever if we call on their help line they talk arrogantly and disconnect the call. Dear Consumer Court, I have registered at ECPS on dated 16th Sep. 2013 with 4500 Rs. I have not attended a single interview calls from ECPS. I have mailed regarding refund of money. They send refund form in mail and I filled the refund form and send the courier them. and said do the next procedure. But they are not doing next procedure. They are not sending my money. The company is fake and fraud, with employees involved to extreme extent. The concern person, under different names, calls asking for the money for the dubious services. Once you fall in the trap, there is no going back. They commit to find jobs and arrange interviews with the companies. This company can be found on Timesjobs, Naukri, Monster and Shine. This fraudulent company should be punished and repay for the acts they are committing. I paid Rs 4500 and I want it to be refunded. The company have online portal for committing this fraud. I believe it falls partially in cyber crime also. This company had been duping citizens of India for very long time and I am not the only one victim. I encourage and request you to go to Bangalore City Police facebook page and start publishing your stories on that portal. Social channels are the best way to express your voice.

They approached me by offering a job. I got convinced and i Registered there by paying Rs:3400. Since i am a fresher they told me if i didn't get a job within 6 months they will Return the money by taking a small amount of service tax . i registered there on 14/12/12. since i didn't got the job i have submitted the the refund form on 24/05/13. for the purpose of getting the refund i went there 12 times and made approximately more than 200 calls to the refund department. the persons named Imtiaz and Shahil attend the calls and they tricked me by saying that i will get a confirmation from the accounts department and for that i have to sent a mail which includes all the mails from them that they have sent to me till now. and i have done that. on 28th of October I have received a refund of rs:1200 . when i asked about that to them they respond rashly to me.. when we go there we saw approximately 25 people are working there. but they all are there to trick us.. On 14/01/2013 i registered myself with ecps and they mentioned that within three months they will get me a job offer or else they will refund my money back. They could not provide me even a single interview and then they asked me to renew for another three months and after that if i will not get job they will refund me money. They promised me and once even that period got over they don't reply to the e-mails which i send to them and they are not at all bothered to refund my money back. I am mentally harassed for over more than 3 months after the registration period is over. I have even provided them the receipt of the registration as asked by them but no response. Even during the registration period they could not schedule even a single interview as promised, they have tortured me by sending to the wrong walkins which never matched my profile. Overall i am mentally tortured for over 9 months. This company is based in bangalore and currently i am in navi mumbai, i want them to pull to navi mumbai for legal proceedings as i have my job in navi mumbai and i can't go to bangalore. I request you to take strict action against ecps as provide me justice as soon as possible.

People are having big problem in getting a job. Consultancy like this (Exalt consultancy or ecps consultancy is fraud consultancy) are taking this as an added advantage and earning more money.
I have received a call from this ecps consultancy, and they brain washed me, because of that i have paid the money. Then i come to know about this consultancy, within 5 days i went and asked them for refund. They agreed to refund that month. However i am receiving an letter to my home saying the refund will be given after 3 months. I was waiting for the three months, and went to the consultancy then remained them about my refund. They said it will be given in 10 days.
Today i am receiving a letter saying they need all the e-mail which they have sent from their end, inorder to initiate the refund process. They are saying within minimum of 60 days they will refund the money.

Please advice can i file a case against them.

You will get call from "aamina" don't believe that lady she is poisonous. One more guy called "imthiyas" big cheater. Because of people like this all the muslims are getting bad name.

I have registered with Exalt Consulting on 10 September, 2012 for getting good job. They took Rs 4500 and said they would refund the amount if they could not provide job within 6 months. In these 6 months they have arranged a single interview in Magma where the company doest know about the interview only. How funny is this?? And what a insult to me?? Further i have not got any job offer from them. I got job from my own effort. I have their contract with me. After completion of 6 months i have given them my new company offer letter, the receipt of the payment of Rs 4500 that i made to them and all other details they have asked for. But they are delaying it for last 6 months. Now thay are saying to wait till 15/11/2013. Whenever they pick up the phone they say you will get it immidiatly. Dont know when their immidiatly will come. Please look into this so that i can get my money as soon as possible as i cant wait anymore because money has interest. Will they pay me interest on their delay. I dont want any interest i just want my money immidiatly as i require money. And I wish that no body else have to go through such circumtances like me by beleiving in such kind of institute.They are a big fraud, cheater.

Beware of ecps pvt ltd. Also known as exalt consulting. This organization is a well known scam, they took my money, did nothing and now refusing to give it back. Be especially careful with shabbir ahamed, mohammed pasha, sania, sahil - these are the masterminds behind this fraudulent organization. Beware!...

They gave only false commitments and attract students to register their company. After taking money they will use our money for their benefits.
Please guys dont go to this consultancy, just check it websites like consumer forum, wordpress etc where so many student who was cheated by this consultancy has posted their complain.

The consultancy is a big fraud, followed up a lot till they recieve the amount rs 3000, and after that whenever i call for the executive named 'husna', they just laugh and disconnect the call.
Wonder how can a consultancy be up and running since long, government should have a good check and grab over these kind of consultancies so that our earings from our hard work doesnt go to the wrong hands.

She is saying that they will conduct interviews and try 4 me until i get one job.
