Hi team, i am ex employee of company name virtusa consulting services pvt ltd (Pune) — emp. Id 8034634. Excelity global team is managing tax computation and other payroll related services for virtusa.
Complaint: incorrect tax computation uploaded on excelity global site.
Detail of complaint:
In virtusa i have uploaded all the required investment proof documents in the month of jan 2020 including rent receipts till month of jan 2020. However, excelity team has incorrectly calculated house rent allowance and uploaded same on excelity global site (Which results in more taxable income). First time i have informed regarding the same to excelity team on 4th of march 2020 and after that sent multiple follow up mails but did not get resolution regarding the same (By resolution i mean till now they have not uploaded revised tax computation on their site), now i am working with new organization and finance team of new organization has asked for tax calculation till feb 2020 so that they can calculate tax liability for remaining months of fy 19-20. Since tax computation i. E. Taxable income on excelity site is incorrect/more so it is resulting in more tax liability in new organization which will have financial impact on me. I request you to please help me to get this resolves as soon as possible.
