On trail mail, it is clearly mentioned that for form-16 related queries please reach out to excelityglobal but not sharing the required form 16 for respective financial year-2017 and 2018 which is required for my professional career.

Please let me know the process to file a complaint and go ahead with legal procedure at Karnataka high court for occurring such instances.I am in discussion with advocates as well if form-16 copies...

I have resigned from capgemini india pvt. Ltd.in june 2015. Since excelity global services - https://www.excelityglobal.com are their hr & payroll partners, i had to communicate with excelity global for my pf funds transfer. I have been chasing them for past 1.5 years approx. Without any resolution. I keep getting stupid and irrational reasons while the funds are not transferred to my current employer.
They are cheats who do not respond...
