This company is threatening me by calling and giving me mails to pay penalty rupees 5400 as compensation for breach of agreement, they are forcing me to pay the amount but they didn't mention any terms regarding penalty before .I have not done any job and also informed them regarding the same though they are continously calling and threatning me by giving legal notice also they are saying if payment not done they will file complaint against me.
