Excessive Dogs In Our Society — Excessive dogs in our society

I'm a resident of Karni Nagar, basni 1st phase (342005). There has been an abundance of street dogs, in our area as well as the neighboring colonies of Krishna Nagar and Rajeev Nagar. Dogs are creating nuisance for pedestrians and the traffic, who are in constant fear of accidents. Furthermore, the dogs make it difficult to have a good night's sleep by howling at night. The Coronavirus already is making people stick indoors, and these dogs make sure they can't even go out for a walk.
