Exl Services — incentive reimbursement

Hi sir/ma'am,

After chasing my monthly incentive for past 2 months, i am writing this email to you as i don't see any other option.

My name is siddhartha kumar srivastava (Eid-92500), i have resigned from exl services from 15th march'19 from the post of senior associate-mis. As per company policy i had waited for my fnf and i got that fnf in due time. The only challenge which i am facing is that in my fnf i haven't got my monthly p4p for feb'19.
I am chasing the hrss for past 2 months and all i am getting a tat which never come close to any running month. Today, i have spoke to one of the hr executive and she informed me that i will be getting the p4p in between 20-25th july'19 approx. What i fail to understand is that all the approval are in place and still there is no fixed tat?
Its very unprofessional that an ex-employee has to chase the hr team for a very simple payout.
Its my humble request to you that please provide closure to this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching the ticket number also for your investigation, so that it will be easy for you to analyze the time period from which i am facing the challenge.
