Hi sir/ma'am,
After chasing my monthly incentive for past 2 months, i am writing this email to you as i don't see any other option.
My name is siddhartha kumar srivastava (Eid-92500), i have resigned from exl services from 15th march'19 from the post of senior associate-mis. As per company policy i had waited for my fnf and i got that fnf in due time. The only challenge which i am facing is that in my fnf i haven't got my monthly p4p for feb'19.
I am chasing the hrss for past 2 months and all i am getting a tat which never come close to any running month. Today, i have spoke to one of the hr executive and she informed me that i will be getting the p4p in between 20-25th july'19 approx. What i fail to understand is that all the approval are in place and still there is no fixed tat?
Its very unprofessional that an ex-employee has to chase the hr team for a very simple payout.
Its my humble request to you that please provide closure to this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching the ticket number also for your investigation, so that it will be easy for you to analyze the time period from which i am facing the challenge.

Query for PF

Dear Sir,
My query is regarding the Provident Funds, as I have left my job with my current employer, and they have not yet transferred my PF from my old PF account to their company's new PF account.Hence they are not providing me any PF account number for last two years.
They gave excuses that they have made the spell error while opening new PF accounts hence it might take more time, they did not specified any time limit for the same.
Please advise as I have joined Amex in yr 2007 and having my PF account number with me , however EXL who has overtaken the Amex in year Mar 2010, has not yet given us any PF account number, I am really looking forward for your advise on my query as It is really very important for me to know regarding the funds status which was deducted as PF from my salary.

Its been three years and haven't recieved my Provident fund
Dear Sirs
I left the above company 3 years ago and filled the form for the provident fund 3 times, but I haven't recieved my provident fund yet. Whenever I ask the company they suggest me to fill another form as they lost my previous forms.
I have been asking for my PF reference number from the company so that I can enquire in the PF office or rather make a complaint in the PF Office, but it seems company is not at all co-operating to help me in this case.
Kindly look into this and suggest me if there is a way to get my provident fund.

hi
i m sunil kumar and my number is [protected] .yesterday evening[protected] at 9 .45 pm i talked with himanshu about my proublem but that cce used very bed abused language.
so plz take action agnist him other vice i will complain in mumbai head branch.you must have that recarded call and i have all so that recarded call .presintly my customer caer number also not working.so plz see my mobile recard and take action

EXL SERVICES — Fund clearance
I deposited the form in jan 2010 however my Provident fund no dl[protected] is still not cleared.Please look into the details.I have approached all department including my office however there isn't a positive response.Please help me out. Helpful
